’Find and Treat’’ Campaign in Endamekhoni launched

TDA, along with UNICEF, ASDEPO and Regional Health Bureau (RHB), has launched a 7-day long “Find and Treat” Campaign at Endamekhoni woreda, south-east zone of Tigray, that kicks start as of 27 August 2023.

The campaign involves screening all under 5 children and pregnant and lactating women; treating severe acute malnourished (SAM) and medium acute malnourished (MAM) children, screening pregnant and lactating women; counselling; giving iron folic acid supplementation; distributing vitamin A supplementation for 6-59 months old children; deworming 24-59 months old children; and distributing aqua water treatment for households.
