About the Partnership

The Tigray Development Association (TDA) is excited to extend an invitation to passionate Local organizations and individuals dedicated to skill development, job creation, and financial inclusion. In collaboration with TDA and Mastercard Foundation, we are seeking dynamic partners to join us in making a positive impact on the lives of youth. TDA is also dedicated to collaborating with innovators who have groundbreaking ideas, poised for scalability and implementation and who can bring fresh perspectives and transformative solutions to skill development and job creation.

This initiative aims to support youth-led and grassroots organizations that share our commitment to fostering sustainable employment opportunities and financial inclusion. TDA believes in the power of collaboration to create lasting change and is eager to partner with organizations aligned with its mission.

How to Apply

Interested organizations dedicated to skill development, job creation, and financial inclusion are encouraged to complete the comprehensive questionnaire, providing valuable insights into their mission, expertise, resources, and unique contributions. • Application Deadline: 5/1/2024, @ 12:00 PM Local Time
• Submission Method: Complete the questionnaire and submit it along with relevant attachments in Microsoft Word format to TDA’s PME Team at girmayk@tda-int.org or pmed@tda-int.org

Instructions for Prospective Partners

Please carefully review the detailed instructions provided in the questionnaire document. Ensure all mandatory sections are address for a comprehensive submission. Incomplete applications may not be considered.

Selection Process

Applications will be thoughtfully reviewed by an ad-hoc team tasked to select potential implementing partners. Shortlisted organizations may be contacted for further discussions. The final selection will be based on the alignment of values, expertise, and the potential for impactful collaboration in skill development, job creation and financial inclusion.
