Children of private schools jubilantly dancing & donating scholastic materials for their peer children in public schools

Really it also heals!

There’s nothing more joyous than seeing children of Tigray delightfully chanting and dancing after all sufferings due to war. Students & staff of Makda Academy, during an hour long back-to-school campaign event organized by TDA under the motto of “1 Person to 1 Child”, donated scholastic materials amounting to over 72,000 birr.

It’s really so great to see children happily help their peers and dance in ecstasy. It’s also encouraging to do more and more.

In fact, this is only the tip of the iceberg. TDA continues to do quasi activities in various private schools as part of the bigger back to school campaign, which is underway to be conducted at regional, national and international level.

We call on everyone to contribute in cash and in kind to help get back children to school.
